A single overhead source flattens a room and casts shadows upward on faces. Three low sources at different heights do more for how a room feels than any amount of wattage from the ceiling.

How faithfully colour shows under the light. Below 90 and food looks wrong.
03 — Dim range
Cheap LEDs flicker or cut out below 20 percent. Ours reach 5.
